SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping in Greece
We kindly offer free and fully insured express shipping to all orders within Greece. The estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days if your item is not customised.
For standard engraved items an additional 3-5 working days’ time is needed, while personalised and bespoke orders require a longer delivery time and may take up to 1 month.
Shipping in Europe & UK
We also offer complimentary shipping to Europe and the UK. Shipping delivery time depends on your delivery address with an estimated delivery time to be 2-7 working days. The customer bears the duties or any additional charges (if applicable). You can contact your local customs office for more details.
For any change in delivery time, we will get in touch with you, so that you know exactly when to expect your order.

International Shipping
For International Shipping inquiries, please contact our Customer Service. We will be happy to assist you.
Pick up in Sabanis Boutique
We are happy to offer a collect-in-store service! During checkout, simply select ‘collect in store’. An in-store pickup confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection. Then, you have 15 days to pick your item(s) up. For your convenience, we recommend to arrange an appointment. Don’t forget to print and present the confirmation email and a state-issued identification document, like an ID or passport, upon collection.
If you wish for somebody else to collect your order on your behalf, please, contact our Customer Service Team. You just have to state your order number and the name of the person that will pick your item up. For security reasons, the person must have a valid ID (or any type of state-issued identification document), and a copy of your in-store pickup confirmation email, upon collection.
Returns & Exchanges
If your piece is’t right for you, you can exchange or return it, within 14 days of receipt. We kindly ask that all items are returned to us in their original condition, accompanied by the original SABANIS packaging and the sales receipt.
If you wish to return or exchange a creation, simply, contact SABANIS Customer Servicew via telephone or by email. We will be happy to arrange an exchange of your items or a full refund for you.
We offer complimentary returns to all shipments in Greece. Unfortunately, returns from the rest of Europe and the UK are not complimentary for the time being, and any related costs are payable by the buyer. If you return a piece to have it resized or cleaned, you bear the postage cost.
Alternatively, you may return or exchange your order with another desired item in our Flagship Boutique, in Athens. Our team will check the returned jewellery in store, to make sure that it hasn’t been damaged or worn, in order to process the return or refund. To facilitate your return, please present the receipt of your purchase in store.
Please note: Refunds and exchanges can’t be given on engraved or personalised pieces, as well as bespoke jewellery. Also the company is not liable for any loss or damage while your jewellery is on its way back to us.
